As I was researching photographers today I stumbled upon Romina Shama, a Paris based photographer. I am completely in love with her style; a light airy aesthetic that's feminine and powerful.

I love everything about this short film.  Once again Uncle Karl proves to us that he is an absolute GENIUS! Impeccable cinematography, perfect frames, beautiful cast, and a glamorous setting. This is the perfect marketing technique- reminding the world that Chanel isnt just a brand but a lifestyle.

Sergejj Bizjaev

The surrealistic movement has always fascinated me throughout the years. The first time that I really got hooked was when I saw the Dali exhibit in Paris.  I had learned about his and other artist like Man Ray and Luis Buñuel works in undergrad but seeing it was believing it.  The creativity used to create such unexpected elements always inspires me and that is why one can see juxtaposition of elements in my designs.  Recently, I was influenced by Sergejj Bizjaev's work.  Here are some examples. The Met Gala is like the Oscar's for me.
This year's gala honored the late Alexander McQueen.  While most guests chose to go the McQueen route others opted for various other designers. Anyhow, here are a few of my favorite looks!

My Next Muse!

Usually models, socialites and celebs make it to the "muse" list...But I want to change things up and use Mr. Theyskens as my next muse. The way he talks, walks, dresses, and does; pretty much his entire adrogynous demeanor inspires me.

There is something about him that is so unfamiliar and intriguing that draws us toward him. The icing on the cake is that he may be one of the most talented designers out there. His powerful work parallels his aesthetic.  Coolest guy in the industry. Period.
